Description

Though Daglish writes very well, with four short articles on each month of the year, it is his 13 magnificent woodcuts which are the chief delight here. Bar light toning to stock, these are in VG+ clean and bright order throughout. Other pages likewise, with just some minor spotting to endpapers and early blank. Green boards rather worn to edges with dulled gilt titling to spine. As seems common, spine very slightly cocked. This is a charity sale for Friends Of Morston Church (reg.1099831). 8vo. ix, 252pp
