Tissue-guarded frontispiece photo of Theddlethorpe Manor "the home of the authoress" is also laid in as separate photo print. Former owner's name and address (also in Theddlethorpe) to front pastedown. Scarce collection and bar occasional spotting/marking in good internal order. A little wear to roughcut edge of title page. Printed paper-covered boards over quarter cream cloth, a little marked to rear with signs of small label removal to front. Scarce. 12mo. 122pp
