The second issue from the 12th year of this remarkable German journal, focusing on poster design but often, as here, with additional graphic arts content. A large part of this issue is devoted to a long and well-illustrated article on trademarks, by Prof F H Ehmcke, noted German graphic designer and typographer. Numerous excellent examples including from Ehmcke himself, as well as Lucian Bernhard and many others. Good selection of well designed advertisements, including full page to rear cover by and for Carl Schulpig, who also provided the front cover artwork. Stock toned, but otherwise all in VG internal order. Some wear and marking to covers including tape residue at foot of spine. 4to. 59pp + xiii ads.
