Don’t be put off by the snail

Welcome to Dodman Books. There may be a snail in our logo (more about that below), but we pride ourselves on rapid despatch and personal attention. We usually post same or next day to all parts of the world, and every book is checked by the bookseller prior to despatch and then individually wrapped and packed in special cardboard book mailers.

Please browse our second hand and antiquarian books. Just to confirm, the photos are shots of the actual copies of books that are for sale and the descriptions are an attempt to describe every volume as honestly as possible, faults (if any) and all. Feel free though to contact us at any time for more information on any book that catches your eye.

Among our stock you'll find lots of books for sale in aid of our local heritage charity Friends Of Morston Church (reg.1099831). Please buy generously! And the snail? Dodman is a Norfolk dialect word for snail, also used in the area to describe the residents of our village, so we've embraced it, even though we're really not that slow (honest).
