ND. 1876 (WorldCat). From Elliot Stock's limited edition "Three Seventeenth Century Rarities" series, this being no.329 of 350 copies printed (as stated on label to front pastedown). Good introduction from Alexander B Grosart, including reproductions of first and second edition title pages. Stock lightly toned and some occasional wear to roughcut edges, but otherwise all in good internal order. Former owner's details to first blank, dated 1880. Old taped repair to closed tear to fep, but this not major. Attractive decorated vellum binding rather spotted, with gilt titling to spine. 16mo. xvi, [8] 192pp + index
