Description
Facsimile reproduction of 1892 portfolio of descriptive French language booklet and loose 300 plates of Arab architectural art and design. Presented in red cloth backed portfolio with smaller format translations of booklet in English and Arabic, not always present. From an edition of 3,000 copies, of which 2,000 were not for sale. All in near fine clean and bright order throughout. Light edge creasing to one or two of the plates, but otherwise all is clean and bright. Light wear only and some minor marking to portfolio.
