Description
The third series of McGregor's historical notes on Ireland and the last to be published before his death in 1834. Stock toned, but otherwise in generally good internal order.Engraved title page and frontispiece show light spotting and a little grubbiness. Former owner's neat signature appears twice, on fep and frontispiece verso. Half leather and marbled paper-covered boards well worn with rubbing and edgewear. Poor leather with loss to head and foot of spine - hence 'fair' rating overall. Would merit rebinding, though there is some charm in its current state. 24mo. [10] 388pp
