McKnight Kauffer's excellent study of the development of the poster, with numerous colour and mono illustrations. Light toning to page edges, but in general all in VG internal condition, with just a few minor spots/marks and these not impinging on images. No inscriptions. Endpapers toned. Boards lightly shaken and some opening between gatherings, but all holding firm. Wear to boards, especially corners and head/foot of spine, but paper title labels present and largely intact. Folio. xii, 190pp
