No.22 of 60 copies only, printed for private circulation among members of the Scotish Literary Club. Includes facsimile reprints of the "Rules Of Good Deportment, Or Of Good Breeding. For The Use Of Youth" from 1720, and the "Rules Of Good Deportment For Church-Officers; Or, Friendly Advices To Them" from 1730. From the library of Desmond Morris, whose bookplate is to the fep. Stock toned, but otherwise in very good internal order, with only occasional light marks. Tissue guarded engraved frontispiece. Bookplate of John Forrester opposite Dr Morris's. Half leather boards a little shaken with wear to edges, moreso to rear, and gilt titling to spine. A nice copy of an exceptionally scarce item. 8vo. xx; 121; 129pp
