Description
Complete in two volumes, with 25 engraved illustrations as required, including HMS Victory among the naval portraits. Tissue guarded frontispieces and engraved titles. In general good internal order. Some toning to stock and a little wear, with occasional spotting, but the latter largely confined to plates some of which also show water staining. Pleasingly rebound in grey cloth, reusing the gilt illustrations from the original now inset as panels on the new boards.12mo. i) xvi, 524pp; ii) xii, 588pp
