Exceptionally scarce compilation of beer cookery recipes, with contributions from a wide range of restaurateurs, individual cooks, journalists, etc, in the UK and USA. Vickery was the secretary of the Allied Brewery Trade Association at the time of publication, and clearly well connected in the hospitality world. Well produced and illustrated. Stock toned, but otherwise all n VG internal order. Some minor spotting to head of title page. Stamped 'Library' to front cover with hand written accession no. and typed title label to spine, but no signs of library use otherwise. Covers lightly worn and a little dulled to edges, with tape residue to spine. 12mo. 75pp
