Excellent 1921 edition of Duhamel's 1911 play, considerably enhanced with two-colour woodcuts by Jozef Cantré. From an edition of 550 copies, of which numbers 51 to 550 were printed on d'Arches paper. This is no.98. In VG+ clean and bright order throughout. Original paper covers bound in, these toned. Handsomely presented in half red buckram with marbled paper boards and gilt-on-black leather titlepiece to spine. This all showing very light wear only. Most attractive. French language. 4to. 127pp
