Exceptionally scarce and very well illustrated guide. Revised edition. All in VG clean and bright internal order. Former owner's name gently removed from fep. Blue cloth a little marked to front, with bright gilt titling to spine. Good unclipped d/j a little damp marked to top (not extending to book), though this not very visible. guide, very well illustrated with plans and designs as well as a good smattering of period-piece photos. In general good order, though has been used in the needlework room of a school as attested to by a couple of stamps. Wear and some marking to black boards. This is a charity sale for Friends Of Morston Church (reg.1099831). 4to. 99pp + plates
