This volume a novelisation of the play by Arthur Hopkins And George Manker Watters, and as stated on title page, now a Paramount Production starring Nancy Carroll and Hal Skelly. Stock toned but otherwise all in good internal order. Former owner's initials to fep and 'helpful' addition in ink to title page: "Very Good Book". Red boards with gilt tilting showing light wear only. Scarce in any edition, but even more so in attractive d/j, with Paramount logo to front panel. This worn to top edge with loss at head of spine and now in removable protective sleeve. 16mo. 251pp + publisher's ads.
