Marvellous architectural and historical record of the best houses (and their occupants) throughout Surrey in the early 1900s. (Book ND but c.1910.) Lavish production, large format, gold edging to block on all sides, quality stock and numerous photos with tissue guards. Sold on subscription only at 6 guineas and thus likely to be an edition of c.100 copies. Internally VG, in red cover a little worn and faded with some wear/bumping to corners. Partial label to spine. Extremely attractive and very scarce volume.
