First volume of this excellent five volume series documenting the architecture and construction of major buildings. This, the 1910 volume, is devoted to public buildings, mostly in London but also other UK cities, many of which are now viewed as iconic. Large format 198pp, with numerous full page photographic plates. Very good condition - a couple of small pencil marks internally. Dark green publisher's cloth with gold titling. Some wear to extremities of cover. This copy ex-English Heritage Library with withdrawn stamp and barcode to fep and sticker opposite title page but no other marks, etc.
