First printing of Hartley's excellent compilation of Tusser's husbandry (titled 'His Farming In East Anglia' on dustjacket). Minor spotting to block edge, but this rarely intruding onto pages which are in VG, clean and bright order. Former owner's name neatly to fep. Wood effect paper-covered boards lightly worn to edges and a little bumped, with cream cloth to spine, darkened at head where d/j missing. Good unclipped d/j lightly worn to edges, moreso to top with small loss at head of spine. Now in removable protective sleeve. 4to. 195pp
