Description
Highly descriptive month-by-month country observations from the excellent Edwardes, perhaps best known for his bee keeping books. Scarce as is but moreso with attractive d/j. Bar light toning and minor spotting to block, all in VG clean and bright internal order. No inscriptions. Mono illustration to title page. Green boards, repeating illustration to front panel, are a little marked, moreso to blotchily faded spine. Chief joy of the whole production is the d/j by 'Bourne', which while creased and with minor loss at head of spine, is a joy to behold, now in removable protective sleeve. 12mo. 300pp
