First printing of the first part of Mackenzie's popular Altar Steps Anglo-Catholic trilogy. In general good internal order, but some damage to top of block towards rear, leading to creasing and some tears to pages, though not affecting text. Boards are shabby, worn and marked with some loss to cloth. Very much a reading/working copy only. Both other parts available in better order.
