Second printing of first edition thus (both July 1928), edited and introduced by Malcolm Cowley. Stock lightly toned with occasional spotting/marking, but for the most part all in good internal order. All greatly enhanced by the cover designs, endpapers and nine mono plates of Miguel Covarrubias. Decorated paper-covered boards lightly shaken, but all holding firm, and worn to edges with some surface wear and minor loss. Black cloth to spine faded with dulled gilt titling. 8vo. xxii, 376pp
