Description
Short notes on martyrs connected with Essex, compiled from talks given by Foley, Bishop of Lancaster, to the Catholic Teachers' Guild of the Brentwood Diocese in the Spring of 1950. Likely one of very few copies produced, as single-sided duplicated typescript. This smartly bound in blue boards with silver titling to spine. Cloth a little marked, with some fading to edges. Bar occasional rust-marking from staples, all is in VG, clean and bright internal order. Folio. 30pp (on 60 sheets)
