Special large paper edition of 150 copies, of which this is no.23, numbered and signed by the author. Printed at The Chiswick Press, and published in October 1909. Gilt to top of bock, other edges rough cut. Though tanned at very edge, most pages clean and bright, just very occasional foxing. Half bound vellum with gilt detailing and titling to spine. Boards are somewhat grubby and rather worn at edges. Small greasy mark to rear may be removable. Very scarce in this special edition. This is a charity sale on behalf of Friends of Morston Church (reg.1099831).
