Description
First edition of Fairholt's excellent and well-illustrated treatise on all things tobacco. Stamp of 'Trial Seed Dept' to fep. Stock toned, with spotting to frontispiece and title page, but thereafter all is clean. However, endpapers split and block almost separated between pp 160 and 161. Straightforward to repair, but for the time being best regarded as a reading/working copy only. Blind embossed green boards bumped and worn to edges, esp at head of spine. 12mo. vii, 332pp + 16pp publisher's list.
