Description
Revised edition "with many extra hints and additional recipes". Excellent practical guide to pickling, with much of culinary and historical interest along the way. The first edition having run to five printings, Sarson notes "As a nation we have definitely become pickle conscious". Stock toned, moreso to endpapers, but otherwise all in VG internal order.
