ND.1940, dated from inside rear cover announcement of forthcoming official opening of the highway on July 1, 1940. Promotional brochure with excellent photography, highlighting the scenic attractions along the highway, "a new page in the development of Canada and a new channel for tourist travel". Light toning to stock but otherwise all in VG internal order. Pictorial covers a little worn and dulled with some surface chipping to edges. 4to. Unpaginated [16pp].
