Ninth (and hard to find) annual collection of "the best new work of contemporary short story writers". Contributors include William Sansom, Rhys Davies, A E Coppard, Dorothy Richardson and Angus Wilson among others. A little foxing to edge of block but this rarely intruding onto pages which are in VG, clean and bright order. No inscriptions. Green boards a little marked and faded to edges and spine.
