Extraordinary memoir and recipe book purporting to be by former chef at Kensington Palace, with an introduction written by his cat (Ginger). Much thus on Princess Diana and the Royal Household. Not clear how much, if any, of this is true, and much seems highly libellous, but it makes a fascinating read. Privately published in limited edition of 1,000, this is no.51 , dedicated and signed by Dallas Edmonds who we presume is also 'Matt'. All in VG condition throughout.
