Description
Now almost entirely forgotten, Gerhardi was one of the most critically acclaimed English novelists of the 1920s. This is an excellent read, not least because it features a thinly-disguised Lord Beaverbrook as 'Lord Otterpool', proprietor of the 'Daily Runner'. In good order throughout. Browning to endpapers, but otherwise clean and bright. Purple boards, faded to spine just lightly worn to edges. This is a charity sale on behalf of Friends of Morston Church (reg.1099831).
