Supporting A Good Cause

As you browse through the books on this website you will find many that are being sold for charity, specifically for Friends Of Morston Church (www.fmc.org.uk), the registered charity in our North Norfolk village, helping to preserve the fabric of All Saints Church, parts of which date back to the 11th Century.

For 10 years we held an annual charity book sale, staged for the final time in May 2019, which raised a total of over £80,000 during its existence. Since then we have continued to sell books online for this good cause and all the money made (bar the commissions we have to pay to the likes of Abebooks and Amazon) goes into the charity’s coffers.

This is only possible of course, because of the book donations we receive. The generosity of our supporters is astonishing, and we are truly grateful for every volume donated.
