One of the more handsome of the post-war development plans with a large number of excellent fold out maps and plans, numerous photographs, and three further maps in original envelope and pocket to rear. Stock lightly toned, but otherwise all is in VG internal order. No inscriptions. Gilt-decorated red boards are a little marked and worn and lightly shaken.
