A vapour bath cure-all? Gout and rheumatism certainly. Palsy, leg ulcers, back pain and diseased elbows too it seems. Chilblains, leprosy, tetanus and dropsy, maybe not but worth a try. Exceptionally scarce first edition, with half title, frontispiece, title page and dedication. Pages rather toned and a little grubby in places. Some sections still unopened. A little foxing, esp to frontispiece. Sale price of machine not amended in this copy as elsewhere.
