In which noted Turin-based architect and planner Rigotti, translates James Ward's The Principles Of Ornament, with additions to update it and make it more relevant for a mid-20th century Italian city. Stock quite heavily toned, but otherwise all in VG internal order. Former owner's signature in pencil dated 1940 to title page and initials stamped to half title and title. Scarce, but when found usually in soft cover, however this copy bound up in red boards with gilt tilting to spine. Italian language. 8vo. xv, 204pp
