Description
ND c.1900. Collection of four small portfolios of architectural details, drawn by Alessandro Reati, each containing 18 loose single sided plates (c.170x238mm). Each of the four (from a total of six produced by Reati) represents an architectural style including Purista, Morecso, Barocco and Lombardo. Plates in generally good order throughout, though one or two are toned dependent on paper quality. The paper wraps for each collection are quite fragile, toned and worn to edges and all are separated at spine. All now presented in handsome green cloth covered folder with bright gilt titling to upper board. Seemingly scarce, and not apparently held in any library collections. 8vo. 72pp
