Description
Introduction by Lilias Rider Haggard. Interior in good toned order, with light cockling to paper stock. Sections from d/j are cut and pasted to front pastedown and fep. Former owner's name neatly inscribed above. Rear endpaper has some ink stamps and surface wear, suggesting possibly former library use. Pink boards have gilt titling to spine, but are dulled and a little worn with some marks to front and rear and bumped corners. Best regarded as a reading copy. 8vo. 157pp
