First English language edition, translated from the French by Julian Maclaren-Ross. Spotting to edge of block but this rarely intruding onto pages. Offset toning from jacket to endpapers. Blue cloth a little dulled to edges and moreso to spine and lightly bumped. Fair+ clipped d/j heavily toned to spine with some chipping and loss. Now in removable protective sleeve, which improves things a bit. 12mo. 160pp
