Description
First printing of first edition thus as omnibus edition, signed by Doyle to title page. Stock lightly toned, commensurate with paper quality, but otherwise all in VG+, crisp, clean and bright internal order. Notes in ink to rear free endpaper verso. Light shelfwear only to smart blue boards with bright silver titling to spine. Good unclipped d/j has some edgewear, surface wear and a closed tear at head of spine, with internal repairs. Value would be enhanced by replacing this. 8vo. [6] 633pp
