Signed by Evelyn Cavendish, Duchess of Devonshire (1870 -1960) (as "Evelyn Devonshire") to fep and included in the Chatsworth 'Attic Sale of 2010, as attested by plate to front pastedown. A little light toning to stock, but otherwise all in VG internal order. Light wear to green cloth. Spine dulled and titling rubbed. 8vo. 583pp
