Centenary history of Christ Church, Southgate (once Middlesex, now North London), with duplicated letter to Parishioners from Vicar and Churchwardens laid in to rear. Text in VG internal order with a small and mostly external stain to bottom right corner. Good range of local period advertisements. Bright blue pictorial covers, showing some wear to extremities and creases around spine. Rear is grubby but otherwise all in VG condition.
